Егорка Калач – парень из казачьей семьи. Испокон века Калачи занимались тем, что доблестно служили Отечеству. Когда вдруг выясняется, что Егорка единственный, кому не пришла повестка в армию, это становится ударом для всей семьи. Калачи добиваются справедливости. И в итоге совершенно случайно Егорка попадает не в простой полк, а в Кремлевский. Соседи Калачей этому не верят и требуют подтверждений – например, фото, где был бы изображен Егорка и Президент. Справится ли Егор с заданием?

Под размеренный перестук колес несется скорый Москва-Сочи. Каждый в нем занят своим делом: проводники, пассажиры и даже начальник поезда – полковник в отставке Петр Кириллов. Отправляясь в каждый рейс, его бригада запасается не только смекалкой и чувством юмора, но и смелостью, мужеством, профессионализмом. Все это помогает проводникам справиться с разными ситуациями, происходящими в вагонах 55-ого скорого. Так переплетаются судьбы железнодорожников и пассажиров поезда. И каждая отдельная серия – отдельная сага, которую можно назвать самостоятельным фильмом – комедией или драмой – это уж как путейцам повезет!

Каждая серия фильма строится на том, что в автобус входит новый пассажир или пассажиры. Таким образом, они становятся главными героями конкретной серии. Мы узнаем об их бедах и радостях. Об их маленьких победах и поражениях. В одной серии, например, пассажир автобуса иностранец, который приехал на поиски могилы отца, в другой — автобус арендован группой пиарщиков из Москвы. Они проводят агитацию среди местного населения, ратуют за «своего» депутата

With the launch period of NASAs Mars 2020 Perseverance rover opening in 14 weeks, final preparations of the spacecraft continue at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. In the past week, the assembly, test and launch operations team completed important milestones, fueling the descent stage — also known as the sky crane — and attaching the Mars Helicopter, which will be the first aircraft in history to attempt power-controlled flight on another planet.

After the descent stage fueling, the system that will deliver the Mars Helicopter to the surface of the Red Planet was integrated with Perseverance. The helicopter, which weighs 4 pounds (1.8 kilograms) and features propellers 4 feet (1.2 meters) in diameter, is cocooned within the delivery system. In one of the first steps in the day-long process on April 6, technicians and engineers made 34 electrical connections between the rover, the helicopter and its delivery system on the rovers belly. After confirming data and commands could be sent and received, they attached the delivery system to the rover.

Finally, the team confirmed the helicopter could receive an electrical charge from the rover. Before being deployed onto the surface of Jezero Crater, the Mars Helicopter will rely on the rover for power. Afterward, it will generate its own electrical power through a solar panel located above its twin counter-rotating propellers.

The helicopter will remain encapsulated on the rovers belly for the next year and will be deployed around the beginning of May — roughly two-and-a-half months after Perseverances landing. Once the rover drives about 330 feet (100 meters) away and the helicopter undergoes an extensive systems check, it will execute a flight-test campaign for up to 30 days.

The Perseverance rover is a robotic scientist weighing 2,260 pounds (1,025 kilograms). It will search for signs of past microbial life, characterize the planets climate and geology, collect samples for future return to Earth and pave the way for human exploration of the Red Planet. No matter what day Perseverance launches during its July 17-Aug. 5 launch period, it will land on Mars Jezero Crater on Feb. 18, 2021.

I was privileged to travel to the Kennedy Space Center, to watch the launch of Atlantis, on what was then, the final «scheduled» flight of the orbiter (STS-132). This video is my homage to the shuttle program, through the in depth experience of a single orbiter launch. I believe we should be thankful for the Atlantis orbiter, all her astronauts, the countless NASA staff who made her fly, and the American people who created a space vehicle of extraordinary power and grace.

This footage incorporates numerous camera views from the ground, footage I took during launch, and video and audio from NASA showing the orbiter stack itself, during takeoff and flight — in order to experiencing the all the preparation and the resulting eight and a half minute exhilarating ride into space.

In places, the timeline of the actual events has been extended slightly to allow us to see different viewpoints of the same moment, and better experience the amazing feat of launching a spacecraft into orbit.

After this flight, Atlantis was processed and prepared to fly one last time… this time as «on call» STS-335, which would remain flight ready, should either of the remaining two orbiters flights require a rescue mission.

A rescue flight was not needed and Congress, in a rare moment of clarity, appropriated enough money to extend the program to allowed the already «flight ready» Atlantis to launch one last time and to become the last shuttle mission of the Shuttle Program, as STS-135.

Atlantis now has a home at the Kennedy Space Center.
